IT Edge is a wonderful company to work with!  As our Landscape Design Build company has grown, our need for efficient, secure IT support has become a necessity.  We were referred to Walt at IT Edge and have been very happy with the IT consulting he continues to provides us with.

All the IT Edge staff are quick to respond and flexible as they provide us with the necessary IT Service Management our office needs.

Most recently they helped us set up our computers systems as we moved into a new office space.  We could not have done that without them.  Nick was great, he went to work amongst the confusion of movers and our staff to get us set up and running for business.

Several years ago, IT Edge was brought on board to take on the role of IT support for our organization that had previously been managed internally.  For all aspects of this change including guidance, responsiveness, and cost to name a few, we could not be happier with the results that have been achieved.

Whether we reach out directly to our account lead, create an online request, or call into the help line, the responses from the team at IT Edge are always prompt.  The responses quickly address the issue and resolutions are proposed, discussed, and implemented as rapidly as possible.

As a small non-profit organization operating in today’s world, the need to stay on top of technology and security challenges is an overwhelming challenge. Walt and his team at IT Edge were my IT consultants at my dental practice for over 15 years .They are still my personal consultant even though  I have retired . You cannot find a better group .
